Matboard cutter - VALIANI ASTRA 120

The Astra cutter allows cutting all sorts of matboards in any of the various thicknesses. Through a regulatin command placed at the upper side of the blade holder, the cutting depth can be regulated easily depending of the board thickness. The machine is built with materials of the highest quality.

The steel and bronze allow a perfect and lasting sliding function. Furthermore the cutting head slides on four ball bearings mounted on 2 steel-made stripes set along both sides of the alumimium central guide. The measuring bumpers are finely adjusted and allow precision cuts on all 4 sides of the matboard which can drastically reduce overcuts and undercuts at the beginning.
